PRECorp Charitable Giving

Nonprofit 501 (c)(3) organizations may apply for one-time donations or sponsorships through Powder River Energy Corporation. The attached form can be downloaded and returned to PRECorp for consideration. Sponsorships for any amount are considered directly by PRECorp’s Marketing Communications Division. Donation requests up to $500 will be reviewed by PRECorp’s Community Involvement Committee. Donation requests over $500 might qualify for Powder River Energy Foundation support.

Donations may also include door prizes, auction items, promotional items or, a surplus vehicle to a local volunteer fire department.

Applicants are requested to submit a complete application form. Attachments may be necessary due to space limitations.

Applications should be submitted 60 days prior to funding needs. While Powder River Energy Corporation will review applications as quickly as possible, there are several standards/criteria that need to be considered and evaluated which may take time for processing.

When applying for either Sponsorship or Donations, please note the following guidelines:

• Sponsorship requests can be for any amount and are considered directly by PRECorp’s Marketing Communications Division.

• Donation requests up to $500 will be reviewed by PRECorp’s Community Involvement Committee. Donations, grants, or charitable requests over $500 may be considered by the Powder River Energy Foundation for funding. Go to the form link above to complete that section.
