Basic Charge:
The basic charge on your bill covers that portion of the expense of the electrical facilities (poles, wire, transformers, etc.) required to make electrical service available to you.

Terms of Payment:
Your bill is due and payable upon receipt. A late charge of 1.5% per month, which is an annual percentage rate of 18%, will be assessed on all past due accounts.
