Larry Kreuter

Vice President of Human Resources

Larry was born and raised in Minneapolis MN.where he attended the University of MN. He is a Viet Nam War Veteran and served in the U.S. Navy from 1966 through 1970. Upon his release from the service he made his home in the Rochester NY area where he taught business classes in an adult education program for five years. He moved his family to the Sundance area in 1978 and was in various business ventures until he took the position of Benefits Administrator with then Tri-County Electric in February of 1990.

As Manager of the Human Resources department Larry's responsibilities include retirement, insurance, and welfare plans, as well as all personnel issues and concerns of the PRECorp team. In addition, his staff is responsible for Safety and Training Coordination including company-wide safety issues, the coordination of proper training in all Powder River Energy departments, and external training provided to schools, fire departments, police departments and other similar organizations.
