Leo Ankney

Leo Ankney was born and raised in Sheridan County, Wyoming. He is a 1974 graduate of the University of Wyoming earning a degree in Agricultural Economics.

He is a rancher and has been a member of the electric cooperative since 1979 using Powder River Energy electricity at his home and on his ranch.

Leo has two sons, Shawn and Troy.
